The driving test will include roundabouts, junctions, dual carriageway systems including the A90, rural roads may also be a part of the exam and one of the four manoeuvres will be required. You have a 1 in 3 chance of carrying out the emergency stop and as standard you will be required to carry out independent driving.
Aberdeen Theory Test Centre

The theory test is made up of multiple choice questions and a hazard perception test. The very least pass mark is 43 out of 50 questions, you will be entitled to 57 minutes to complete the test. Once completed you can then take the hazard perception test where you will be given a series of 14 clips, each clip will contain at least one developing hazard but one of the clips will have 2 developing hazards. You will need to score a total of 44 points out of a possible 75 in order to pass.
